What does this mean for you?

Following the end of the notice period, we will no longer be able to provide support regarding annuity products or wealth advice. Our tailored guidance will cease, and you will be fully responsible for managing the next steps independently.

Cancellation Terms

  1. Termination notice period: One (1) month for wealth advice services. Two (2) months for Box 1 annuity service.
  2. Termination conditions: Termination must be submitted in writing or via email to service@yourfinancials.nl.
  3. Please note: We have arranged your service package with the utmost care. The service package enables us to continue providing that level of care in a meaningful way. Not all banks, insurers, and asset managers offering annuity or investment products allow the product to continue without an intermediary. If you terminate this package, we assume that:
    • Within the notice period, you have either:
      – Reached an agreement with another intermediary to transfer the annuity or investment account or policy to their portfolio, or
      – Reached an agreement with the institution holding your annuity or investment account or policy to continue without an intermediary.
    • You authorize us, at the end of the notice period, to inform the bank, insurer, or asset manager where your annuity or investment is held that our management relationship has ended.
    • You fully accept all consequences of the termination without exception.
  4. Refunds:Amounts already paid will not be refunded.
